The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair confronted each other to promote the upcoming bout.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, consistently making huge earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul met for the usual confrontation, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
